In the Studio - five

Some of the pillows in this great pattern, there are 12 designs
with many choices of textures and techniques to mix & match


Framed:
A circle, square or triangle is the frame,
textures are inserted in those faced shapes.



The Kimono:

Kimono fabric simulates the style
of a kimono with a fancy corded tie.



Edges & Slits:
black discharged cotton fabric
with shaped outer edges and
contrasting fabric in the slits



Slipcover:
A covered pillow has a pieced
2/3rds outer section that ties



The Fan:
a pleated fan with a center insert,
trimmed with a button and tie



Curves:
Faced curved pieces are top-
stitched to a background




The Envelope:
Printed and stamped fabric combined
w/bl. & wh. stripes, fastens like
an envelope with buttons & ties.




Columns:
various stripes with narrow braid trim




The Kimono
Pieced kimono fabrics, front bands
and a fancy belt simulate
a Japanese garment



The Obi:
A plain rectangular pillow has
a wide band that fastens with
ties and embellishments.
